Yarn Euphoria's Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within three (3) business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout according to the USPS shipping option selected:
  • Ground Advantage (2 - 5 days, affordable rates)
  • Priority Mail (2 - 3 days)
  • Priority Mail Express (1 - 3 days)
Shipping is free for orders over $100 (Estimated delivery: 3 - 5 business days). 
3. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping outside of the USA at this time.

4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages & Lost Packages
Yarn Euphoria is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
