Fugutive Fuchsia Yarn

Colors: Fuchsia (dyed from pokeberries)

Materials: 100% Merino. It's soft and could knit well for garments next-to-skin.

Yarn size: Sport weight 

Weight: 2.6 oz - 2.8 oz

Measurements: 256 yards

Swatch: 25 stitches on US 2.5 through US 5 or 2.75mm to 3.75mm needles for a 4-inch square.

*Please note, this yarn was made in South Africa but hand-dyed in small batches in the USA.

Care instructions:

-Hand wash in cold water with gentle wool-specific detergent or a small amount of baby shampoo or Dawn soap, Eucalan, or Woolite.

-Avoid agitating yarn or garment so the fibers remain intact/to prevent felting.

-Drying: Do not wring out yarn/garment; rather, lay flat to dry (please don't hang as the weight will stretch the fibers); air dry only to avoid shrinking. 

***Avoid storing in or drying in sunlight. Light fades the color of the yarn from fuchsia to yellow***
