Jill's yearling fleece is for sale. I have been going back and forth on selling her fleece as it is my favorite of the Spring 2026 batch. However, I have many fleeces I still need to work through, so want to share the East Friesian sheep joy with others as well.
Breed: East Friesian mix.
Colors: Jill's fleece is easy on the eyes with the combination of dark brown to sun-tipped light brown and white. Jill's fleece was not covered/coated.
Staple length: 3 to 5 inches.
Weight: 4.5 pounds.
Characteristics: Squishy, soft, luxurious, and beautiful.
Shorn: April 2026.
The fleece has been lightly skirted. It contains some second cuts and a little bit of vegetable matter.
